Research Team activities

As part of the LIVIND project worked the Research Team. The team was led by the UNESCO Chair on Applied Studies of Intangible Cultural Heritage at the University of Tartu that cooperated with the UNESCO Chair on Intangible Cultural Heritage Policy and Law at the Latvian Academy of Culture.

The goals of the Research Team were to study and share information about the prevailing connections between creative and living heritage and sustainable development in the LIVIND project area. Based on data-analyses and participatory methods carried out during the project's active time, the Research Team worked to support the overall purpose and scope of the project by providing research-based advice on how to strengthen the role of creative and living heritage as resources for sustainable development in the Northern Dimension region.
